Alex Riedel
Alex is a multi instrumentalist and songwriter. Alex is the owner and operator of U Rock Music Center. He holds a music degree from the University of Maryland with his focus in jazz performance and music technology and has been an instructor at U Rock since 2009. From 2009-2015 Alex was also the music director and special events coordinator for Wash Arts, a local arts education non-profit. Alex has been a private music teacher for the last 10 years.

Dominique Theodore
Soprano, Dominique Theodore is from Canonsburg, PA. She discovered her passion for the vocal art form at the age of 10. She has been studying
classical voice for the last 9 years and has experience teaching both private lessons and group lessons. Dominique attended Canon McMillan
High School and became very involved with in the music department. She sang with the chamber choir, chamber women’s choir, women’s
ensemble and concert choir as well as participated in the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association’s Districts, Region, State and All Eastern
festivals. She took Music Theory, AP Music Theory and Piano Lab as well as participated in numerous musicals. In 2019 Dominique started her
studied at Duquesne University and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Degree from the Mary Pappert School of Music. Here she took classes
such as Vocal Pedagogy, Opera History, Italian, French, English and German diction classes, Russian Repertoire, Choral conducting, Voice for
Music Education, Eurythmics and Advanced Musicianship courses and Inclusive Strategies for the Music Classroom. Dominique sang with the
Chamber choir Voices of Spirit and the women’s choir Pappert Chorale. She also sang with the Duquesne University Opera Workshop and
performed in scenes from Monteverdi’s L’incoronazione di Poppea and Mozart’s Don Giovanni, Manon and Dido and Aeneas. She studied
Classical Soprano voice with Dr. Meghan Dewald. Dominique is a member of the American Choral Directors Association, Pennsylvania Music
Educators Association and National Association for Music Education. She currently works as a Private Voice teacher for the City Music Center
of Duquesne and is a Special Education Paraeducator at South Fayette Highschool. Dominique also currently sings soprano with the Mendelssohn
Choir of Pittsburgh and plans to earn her Music Teaching Certificate to teach Elementary or Middle School Music and Choir. She enjoys working
with students of all ages and abilities and want’s to share her love of music with others and make a difference in her students music education.

Scott Spindler
Scott Spindler, a Pittsburgh native, has been teaching privately for over eight years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Commercial Music Technology from California University of Pennsylvania. During college, he played in the Jazz Ensemble and also began to write original music. In addition to teaching, he also plays in the acoustic duo Scott and Rosanna.
Brass/Woodwinds
Chris Petricca
Christopher Petricca is a trombonist and music teacher from Washington County, with a degree in Music Education from Duquesne University. At Duquesne, he performed in ensembles including the Symphonic Band, Wind Symphony, Jazz Band, and Pep Band. Outside of Duquesne, he played as a pit musician for high school musicals and in the Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra, touring Europe with the latter group. Since graduating high school, he has worked as a brass specialist in multiple bands in the Pittsburgh area. Currently, Christopher teaches elementary band in the Propel Schools.
Drums/Percussion
Patrick Rush
Pat Rush resides in the South Hills and is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Music. He is a long-time veteran of Pittsburgh’s music scene having played drums with some of the region’s most recognizable names which include Metro, Blind Date, Nancy McKeen Bluz Machine, Rock-it, Flight Risk and Gone South.
Pat has been influenced by everyone that he’s ever played with. He has taught drums & percussion privately for many years and credit’s Pittsburgh's drum legend Tom LaFlame
as his mentor & inspiration.
